Nationally Recognised Competency Based training

customers who would like to have their staff
trained in Height Safety. These courses are
designed for persons who are require to work or
organise work at heights and incorporates
theoretical and practical applications.

Course: 2 Work Safely at Heights using
Installed Safety Systems
Course: 3 Work Safely at Heights on Roofs
The courses are designed to suit your specific
applications and can be run at your premises for
groups of people using your equipment All
successful participants are issued with a
Competency achieved certificate. |

On Site Inspections and Testing of Height Safety
Equipment
Where
you the customer can not afford the down time to
bring your Height Safety Equipment in to our
laboratory, John L. Robertson offers the On Site
Inspection and Testing Service.
To comply with the requirements of AS 1891.4,
Our clients have inspections completed at their
site 3 monthly, 6 monthly or 12 monthly
depending on the equipment that is due..
Whenever the inspection is due, John L.
Robertson will contact you to organise a
suitable time for our inspector to be at your
site.
Our inspectors are fully trained to complete
inspections and testing of all your equipment
such as,
• Harnesses,
• Lanyards
• Confined Space Equipment
• Fall Arrest Blocks and Winches,
• Static Lines
• Ladder Safety Systems
• Anchor Points.
After completing an inspection on site, a full
equipment report, asset list and certification
certificates are issued to comply with the
workplace health and safety requirements. All
equipment inspected by John L. Robertson is
logged in to our electronic Asset Management
Data Base.
John L. Robertson also completes 12 monthly
testing of mechanical Anchor Points and issues a
NATA test certificate upon completion.

Australian Standards 1891, John L. Robertson has
Authorised Service centers for the annual service
and recertification of Fall Arrest Blocks and
Winches used for height safety applications.

service as per Australian Standards 1891.

installation, testing and certification of Height
Safety Systems.
Systems such as Horizontal Static Lines, Anchorage
Points, Ladder Systems and Walkway can be installed.
